The room was brand-new & lovely modern, came with adequate blinds, a large double bed, as for instance. There were a microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator, liked it. The staff were excellent and helpful throughout our stay.

The location in the centre of London was great and excellent for us. Besides, we were near to the tube and other public transport and the subway and restaurants/shopping street and the tube station.

My recent stay at Philbeach Gardens Rooms was fantastic. I stayed there for a week while visiting the city. The hotel had a sleek, modern design and the rooms were well-equipped with a mini kitchen, including a mini fridge, microwave, and cutlery. Basic amenities like a kettle, toiletries, and towels were also provided. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. Additionally, the onsite gym was a nice extra.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

I liked this beautiful designed and nice place, stayed there for 5 nights. Stayed in great-sized and compact room with 3 beds. Favourable location and incredibly friendly and affable staff were a definite plus. There was Nando's Earl's Court next to the hotel:)))
